It holds up pretty well in the Florida sun, requiring pressure washing, and re-treatment every 2 years to keep looking great! I use the stain pads with a 4 foot paint pole to apply it to the wood. Then follow up with a 4 inch brush to spread out any ponded stain. It looks good and was easy to apply. I would definitely use it again; much better than Thomson’s water seal and efficacy and appearance!. Review: Great Product - This sealer/stain application is extremely smooth. The coverage was very good my table was very dry and it absorbed well and dried quickly. The clean up with soap and water was simple and cleaned up well. The only negative, was the packing for the shipment. The gallon can was laying on its side in the box with no plastic bag or any packing materials.
