I started researching inositol after hearing about it in conversations around hormone balance and overall wellness. I decided to try this one from Ancient Bliss and it’s been easy to incorporate into my routine. The capsules are simple to take and the formula feels thoughtfully made. I like using supplements that support balance in the body rather than quick fixes, and this one fits nicely into my daily wellness habits.

I’ve been using this Berberine since 2020 and could not love it more. I never had a period (at all) between age 16-24 due to PCOS and after 2-3 months of using this Berberine I noticed less cravings, around 8-12 my period started coming back. It was still longer in between than normal, but came back more consistently over time. I’ve had a 30-40 day cycle every month now for the last 4 years. I’ve always held my weight in my stomach and that has gone down so much! Love love love. 💕

I have pcos and tried to add this to my supplement regimen. I think it helped a smidgeeee but not what I really need to reduce my insulin resistance, so I’m looking for another brand

Hi, this review is of the Ancient Bliss Myo & D-Chiro Inositol Supplement, 40 to 1 Ratio, Helps in Ovarian Function Support for Women, Vitamin B8 Helps to Regulate Menstrual Cycle, 2050mg per Serving, 120 Vegan Capsules. First, a little history: I've tried 100s of different types of supplements over the years and I'm *not* taking any of them anymore because I don't receive the benefits. Also, my body has a very high tolerance for medications, and I often have the reverse effect of what's normal, i.e., if the medication says that it may make you jittery and hyper it will cause me to be groggy and tired. E.g., I can take caffeine in high doses, and I don't feel any mental clarity or enhanced energy. Back in my 20s I could drink a double Cappuccino at 11pm, fall asleep at midnight and sleep well through the night. Another example of my tolerance is when I had a bad toothache hit me on a Saturday evening. I called my dentist, and he prescribed Norco and told me to start with 1/2. To make a long story shorter, I ended up taking 3 and received zero relief from the pain. I have a similar story with a different dentist using nitrous oxide: it just didn't work. My point in mentioning those stories is that I have a history of supplements not working and I want to offer a helpful assessment of the Myo & D-Chiro Inositol. I did some research and the claim in the Ancient Bliss ad copy, "Myo-Inositol is widely used to help in the overall sense of well-being. Many people take Myo-Inositol to support increased energy." seems to be true for men, too. I started with the recommended dose and went up from there until the bottle ran out. I certainly do *not* recommend taking 11 like I did, but I still didn't sense any increase in well-being or increased energy. Even though they didn't work for me, I give them 4 stars for the above reasons. Otherwise, I think I'm being unfair.

Good packaging, made in USA. Been taking them for a week so I don't know if they are helping, but no intestinal problems from them.

I feel like this product is doing what it claims to do. I am on my third bottle. Many people expect overnight results, but that's not realistic. Many vitamins and supplements take two months or longer to finally see results.
