**Q: Can this be used as a fragrance in soy candles?**
A: Don't know about using for a candle scent.  Although, it does have a strong scent,  I use just a pinch, not more than 1/8 teaspoon for baking only.  Has a pleasant taste.  Use it sparingly. I would not recommend using it heavily. Too much would probably mess up your baked goods. Like over doing it.

**Q: How are the flavors of aroma panettone and fiori di sicilia different?  both bottles list the ingredient as essential oils of citrus fruits.**
A: Aroma Panettone is Fiori di Sicilia plus additional citrus flavors that gives it a more “fruity” fragrance than the Fiori di Sicilia. The formula is patented and kept a secret by the creator. They never list the specific citrus combinations of either flavor. The Panettone appears to have more mandarin flavor than the Fiori as well. We find that while the Fiori makes everything taste better, the panettone pairs better with fruit cakes.

**Q: Is this essential oil distilled or expressed?**
A: The peels are are cold pressed and the resultant liquid is then centrifuged (spun) to separate the essential oils and juice.
