I've seen both in person. The green one has a gap between the top of the seat and the canopy. The other colors (I saw the blue gray one), the canopy has a back panel of fabric that extends down to just past the top of the seat. There's a small cargo pocket facing the parent. You can't put much there because it's just fabric but it is handy for your phone. So, the seat back is the same height on all of them. It's just that panel and pocket that differs. Convenient for parents but I ended up keeeping the green one simply to save money. **Q: I have a five and a three year old and they are tall. We need a stroller for Disney. Would this work?** A: Absolutely!! Our children are the same age and we just went to Disney with them. My 5 yo weighs about 49lbs and is tall for her age. Our 3 yo weighs 35.
