I like that it has everything needed for hydration but isn’t loaded with sodium. Love the mango flavor but strawberry good too. They also make this in little one serving packets, which is fabulous for travel. Used them in recent trips to Vietnam and to Tanzania - just filled my water bottle, emptied in a packet, and I was set to go. Great travel and home product!

My coworker put me onto this product. I love it so much and it’s nice that it has extra nutrients and veggies, not your average drink mix in. So far I’ve only tried the strawberry but it packs a punch with flavor. I usually like my flavored drinks strong and would do 2 packs, but with this in my 32 oz cup just the one small scoop is more than enough. I also LOVE ice 🧊 so shaking 🫨 it before each drink is important so you don’t get a sip of a clump. Give it 20-30 mins though and it all dissolves.

I bought this in hopes that it would have a great flavor profile as I try to stay hydrated and wanted lemon flavor. BUT it did not do it for me. Way too sweet. I cut the mix in half and I squeeze in fresh lemon or lime which helps a lot. Won’t be buying again but this is do only to my taste preferences.

The flavor is amazing. I really do feel like it helps with hydration. And it doesn’t upset your stomach like some of the sugary ones do

This powder tastes great! It dissolves quickly in water, and is easy to drink. I drink it every morning to get a jumpstart on my hydration. I think this fruit punch flavor is even better than Liquid IV (and is cheaper!).

This used to be my go to hydration powder but they recently changed the can to white and when they did, they changed the flavor. It has a lot less flavor, tastes dull. It used to be a perfect blend of sweet but not too sweet. now its more bitter. Really sucks because I loved the original one.

I have tried all the flavours. I will continue to buy the fruit punch or this. I did not especially enjoy the mango version. You drink the bcaas and just taste this drink . It is quite cool and refreshing , it tastes more of chemicals than the fruit punch or the ON Kiwi and strawberry. But I now prefer to use Kaged muscle bcaas and this for the quality of the product. So the opportunity cost of the slightly chemical taste for me is worth it to be able to drink more bcaas.

This is delicious & excellent for hydrating the cells. A perfect pick-me up for the afternoon instead of coffee & a good way to get us to drink lots more water. We use a little to flavour a large shaker bottle & end up drinking way more water than usual.
