These locks are very durable and eliminate the need for an extra key that may get lost someday. If you're thinking about buying it, do it. I'm very happy I did.

Work good for my purpose. Decent quality.

Convenience of not keeping another key for my storage doors. Looks indestructible. Easy to set up, number keys are at bottom and protected from getting wet.

Locks seem strong and easy to unlock. Appears good quality.

While this lock is good quality it's not what I expected. The lock body is a shell around the internal mechanism. It's not heavy brass like Master Locks used to be.

We like the easy to read dial when it is dark at night. Sturdy. Good quality.

It worked for nine months with no issues, and then winter came and it won’t open. I tried wiggling it aggressively, tapping it while resetting the code based on what I saw online, wd40. . . nothing worked. I’m really disappointed with Master Lock. I’ve been using them for as long as I could remember. This looked cheap when it came, but I thought to give it a try. I should’ve known better. It’s not brass, don’t lie. It’s painted cheap metal like aluminum cos it’s so light unlike the Master Locks I’ve used in the past. It might even be plastic, who knows. Buyer beware.

Even after I oiled them up they are very hard to work with … they replace them and the new ones are working well so far!

Purchased a 2 pack of the Master Lock Brass Combination Lock with 2-1/4-Inch-Long Shackle for use on some Seacan at work . They work great and are super easy to set the combination . They work really good in the element so long as you throw a little lock lube in them every 6 months for so . Make sure to keep your combination setting key in a safe place . We have had to cut one of these off in the past so I can say they are well made and will provide good security.
