I am a loyal customer of this brand. I researched the ingredients and their forms against other brands and these came out on top for quality and effectiveness in the body. I purchased the vitamin D + k2 product a year ago when I was pregnant and needed it. I loved how much i got in a packet, how small the pill was and that it was effective. When I needed additional supplements because I started glp1 treatment and to manage and hopefully reverse pcos I was static to find this and others under this same brand with great quality ingredients and good effectiveness. You guys have my loyalty. I am on a budget and find this brand to be budget friendly but I care more about effectiveness and results and those two are hard to get especially with pcos so I am very happy. Particularly this product is hard to find in pill form so get it.

FYI, new packaging. Knocking off 1 star just because the number of pills you take to get 5g (which is the minimum recommended for women) is insane (7 pills). The pills are huge but that doesn't bother me. No review on effectiveness (first timer with any brand). Don't recommend if you want more than 5g per day or have a hard time swallowing big/large number of pills.

Really like the pill form… much easier than scooping powder. I’ll be buying this regularly. Good product.
