The dai (plane body) is about 63mm. **Q: Where am I supposed to whack it again?** A: You want to adjust the blade, right?When you are taking out the blade, gently hold down the top of the blade piece so it does not pop out, and use a hammer to hit the top of the plane in the same direction as the blade.When doing so, make sure that you are hitting the top corners of wooden body. When hit from the middle, there is a chance that the wooden body will crack.When placing the blade, slot the blade into the groove with your hand, and while observing how much the blade is protruding, gently tap the top of the blade with a hammer.The blade should be protruding around 0.05～0.2㎜ when seen from the end of the wooden body. Adjust accordingly. If the tip of the blade is completely visible, the blade is protruding too much. As you are adjusting the blade, there is a chance that either the right or left side of the blade will begin to protrude from the blade hole too much.When this happens, lightly tap the wooden body on the same side as the protruding blade with your hammer. **Q: How much it weight?
