Hello there - What is the polyphony?

I had to google what polyphony meant :-) It seems to handle as many notes at a time as a piano, though perhaps you have a more sophisticated ear.

Can you connect the headphones using Bluetooth or a 3.5mm audio jack?

There is a jack or you can do bluetooth headphones but you have to download a piano app to use the Bluetooth feature.

Is it supposed to include a power cord?

Mine did, I would assume it's supposed to.
