Will the water remain cold even in summer months?

So the insulation on it is very good, just use the cover! So with a bit of ice you should get it to a cold temperature.

How do i keep the water tempreture cold in the summer months, tenpreture is currently 28° outside and i can not get the water tempreture below 18°?

I would recommend using more ice, bigger blocks are more effective and also if you add Epsom salt that will lower the temperature when added with ice.
