Has anyone used it for healing after surgery?

Amazon considers me an 'authority' because they keep asking me to answer questions about these items, so here goes: "When used in conjunction with therapies provided by professional medical providers, items such as these have been shown to contribute to a heightened state of self-awareness and mental discipline positively correlated with adherence to medical therapy and pain management associated with successful surgical recovery." Of course this is true of any object that provides a meditative focus regardless of its shape or composition, so if spending money on a shiny thing allows you to concentrate your mind better than go for it.

if the pyramid gets bent and then put back to shape will it be the same as before?

I personally guarantee that no matter how bent out of shape this thing gets or how well it's repaired it will give you just as much magic mystic pyramid power as the intact item. You could compress it into a cube, dissolve it in acid, launch it into the vacuum of space... and it will work just as well. You could even not spend over seventy dollars on this and not even own it and you'd get just as much karmic energy from it! It's just that wonderful!

Does the pyramid need to be oriented toward north? I used one before that needed to be oriented, just wondering about this one.
