They work well great product.

I have used plenty of assorted products for my Oly Lifting days at the gym. This is an excellent product. It's sticky enough for when I wrap my thumbs for hook grip and wrap my wrists, nor does it leave a sticky residue behind when my session is done or rip out the hair on my wrists. It breathes very well and does not lose its stickiness when I sweat during the summer months in the gym.

This tape stretches well and sticks pretty well. I think maybe I've had some that stuck better, but this was pretty good. For the money, it's hard to beat. I use it for CrossFit during certain barbell workouts.

holds up all day during activities, exercise, etc. used during healing processes & for protection. i just wish the rolls lasted longer!

I need to find a tape. I started to use this and it has saved me more times than I can count. Definitely a great thing to have on hand at all times.

So if you are anything like me: you have tried all of the tapes on Amazon, rogue, etc. and have been left less than impressed. This might be the best tape I’ve used. Going on week two of use and have had no issues of slipping or coming off. Normally I have to retape/adjust during a workout. Not with this tape. I will certainly be buying more. I got the pink Camo pack and love the crazy colors. Highly recommend.

Great Quality and lasting adhesive

Additionally, the tape feels somewhat thin, which might not offer the durability some athletes require. Overall, while the Bear Grips Weightlifting Tape serves its basic purpose, the adhesive shortcomings limit its effectiveness for serious weightlifters.
