I take this or the liposomal version for the improved recovery, particularly my joints feel better as a 40+ gym goer. It's a noticeable difference. I also find it improves my sleep, digestion and overall mood. Anything over two tablets I could feel increased pumps and strength, but the flipside was increased anxiety so I think two tablets per day is the sweet spot.

After using this for the last 3 weeks I have found a increase in my energy levels. I have been able to uo my bench press by an extra 5 kilos. In which I was stuck at a my 80kilos for the 2 years. So having this slight increase in my presses for me makes this product a must have especially for the energy levels I have gotten from using this. My deadlift was at 180kg when I started this. It’s now 210kg. I’m also like 1kg heavier? This is over maybe 3-4 weeks. It’s so hard to say because I have creatine and beta analine and my diet is fine and I’m using a pre workout and so it’s like a part of a MUCH bigger picture but yeah, since introducing it I would say it feels like my numbers are going up in terms of my lifts. It’s a weird supplement, not much evidence or research around it 😂 but for me personally I can say I’ve missed it a few workouts and had worse workouts without it. Take from that what you will but it seems to be working for me. I’m also not on any PEDs so obviously progress will be slow 🙄 but I’m noticing a difference Oh worth saying too. I tried tribulus in the past. When I was 28 it did something but not for strength 😂 but I tried it recently and yeah, noticed no difference at all. I recon if you gave me a blind week of these and a blind week of tribulus I could tell which is which. After Turk I tend to come out from the workout feeling like I hit some good numbers

This is second time I bought this product. I have had the same side effect the first time I used it however I did not think it’s due to this product. Side effect I get is extreme fatigue. I have done some research what I found out is unfortunately there are limited information about testing for this product. Some information about this product says it’s plant based and should be safe but I don’t agree with it. The fatigue I experienced was limiting my ability to live my life. Please be careful when using this kind of items.

Pratiquant de la musculation de façon régulière depuis 11 ans, je m'etais un peut renseigner sur ce produit avant de passer à l'achat. Je tiens à signaler qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un produit magique qui va vous faire pousser des muscles sans rien faire ! néanmoins après 2 cures et en respectant la posologie indiquée sur le produit, j'ai pu constater une augmentation musculaire au niveau des bras. En effet j'avais des difficultés à faire gonfler les biceps, ayant de longs membres pour ma taille (1M96). L'utilisation de ce produit prend tout son sens avec une bonne hygiène de vie (repas, sommeil, consommation d'eau etc) , et il ne pourra pas apporter d'effet si vous ne faites pas de réels efforts à la salle!! Déjà deux commandes effectuées sur ce produit, et certainement une 3ᵉ prochainement
