Needed to replace lockset on front door because key hole was worn out and really had to fiddle either key to open door. This keyless entry is great. Very easy to install with only a screwdriver, and works great! No more fumbling with keys, but 2 keys included if ever needed!

Had a locksmith install four of these since holes had to be drilled or enlarged. He said they were easy to install. I programmed them and they worked the first time. It's been a month with no issues. Easier than a similar kwikset lock on my old house. Would buy them again.

So, got this lock based on the reviews and it was easy to install and easy to reset the master code, add codes, etc. But it still wouldn’t work. So, I ordered a replacement, thinking something was faulty. I get the replacement, but didn’t use it, yet.Before I use the replacement, I thought to call customer support first. When I called, I stayed on hold for 10 minutes and then had to leave a message. I thought that wouldn’t get me anywhere so I emailed the company.The email was answered quickly, they asked me to send proof of my purchase and a video of what I was experiencing. So, I sent both, then nothing, but they had to send it to support.Then, about 2 hours later I get a call from Daniella from customer support. She walked me through setup and everything and nothing worked. I tell her about the replacement I ordered and she has me install the replacement to see if it was a faulty lock or something else.The replacement worked! She walked me through the setup again with the new lock and now my lock works!I would still recommend this lock as it’s easy to install and easy to set it up. But, I would also recommend that if it doesn’t work at first to call customer support. They are friendly and will walk you through the setup to find the issue.Giving it 4 stars mainly because of the customer support. The lock works great but it’s only the first day. Customer support is important, so they get 4 stars for that!

Instructions could be better but I knew that going into it. I especially like this because you can leave the door unlocked. Some you can not.

Ease of installation and looks great!

The door lock functions very well and is made of good quality. It is very secure. For the door, knob and door lock was a good value for the money spent.

I like the price, I like that it was NOT bluetooth capable which is a feature I did not want, I like that it arrived in less than 48 hours, I like all the reviews that clearly pointed out that some had issues, but customer service made it right. I like that the item came with clear instructions, all hardware needed to install, links to videos, live chat if needed and a one year warranty which was easy to register for online.Those are the positives out of the gate, My new lock is less than a week old, but so far working great so at this point it's what I needed and wanted an working as expected, if this products behaves differently down the road I would revise my review, but at this point it's a winner

I live in a condo and my only slight issue is that it’s noisy when it auto locks, otherwise so far so good
