The shelf and pegboard is surprisingly sturdy and pretty stable. It was easy to build and fit my space and I really like the design. The only complaint is that it is a bit pricey but definitely worth the cost for how functional and stable it is with everything I put on it. Over all I give it a 5/5 could use more accessories tho.

I was looking for something to use as a standing music workstation. At first glance this looked perfect due to its flexible shelving and pegboard for mounting organizing gadgets. It is a solid piece of furniture and it has mostly worked out for me, however there are a few shortcomings. 1. There is no possibility of purchasing additional shelves, either from the manufacturer or using standard shelving. The slots for mounting shelves are NOT standard at all. I purchased some double-slot shelf supports at Home Depot and they do NOT work on this. I had to grind them down to make them work so that I could add an extra shelf. No idea why they built this with double slotted shelf posts since you can't use off-the-shelf (no pun intended) brackets from your local hardware store. Even if you could, the pegboard covers one of the slots on each post. I was only able to mount my extra shelf because I placed it below my lowest pegboard. You *could* use single slot shelf supports (after grinding them down) but that wouldn't seem very sturdy to me. 2. The pegboard is promising for hanging organizing gadgets, but the reality for me is that by the time I filled the shelves with my equipment, there was little pegboard space available to mount anything. Your application/use may vary but you may want to keep that in mind. 3. I wish the shelf brackets were more securely attached. The shelf supports depend on gravity and are single width/hook (so kinda flimsy). BUT for the most part gravity, combined with the weight of items on the shelves, work to hold them in place. 4. It's a little pricey for what it is. In 2021 I would've said this might be worth $125, but with greedflation everything is terrible now in 2023. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and I managed to make it work for me. The flexibility in shelving and pegboard combined to organize my music workstation in a way that I'm happy with it. Though some things about it are not standard, the pegboard is and I was actually able to find a low-profile VESA mount that did work for me to be able to mount a monitor to it. I haven't quite figured out what to do with the included pegboard accessories and only have a little bit of space left to mount anything.

Great shelf, strong, stable and sturdy. A little bit on the expensive side, but worth it.

I had a moment of frustration at first as the instructions are a little odd, but once I saw what was going on, it went together quickly and seems sturdy.

Got this unit to avoid drilling into walls for additional storage. Each shelf is 12 inches deep. The unit seems well made, heavy, and is quite sturdy. Set-up was quick and simple. I only got the version with 2 legs (32 inches wide) but the included instructions and assembly nuts and bolts were for the 3-leg system (50+inches wide?). Not a problem at all (i like having extras. Lol), but just something to note if you're confused when they say "x3" in the instructions. I wish it were a little less expensive but you do get what you pay for. Will definitely buy this brand again when needed.

It would appear that JWX pays attention to reviews. Unlike my last purchase (the 60 inch wide version), there is no forward leaning of the upper supports. In fact when I began assembly I found that everything had a much tighter tolerance (all parts for the supports had a tight fitment). Very good for you JWX, keep it up. PROs: Well made and fairly sturdy, the supports are made of heavy gauge steel. The hot flow boring and threading was well done showing good machining practices. Welds look to be solid and well done. Lower/Upper support brackets joining the 2 halves are tight fitting. Lower/Upper supports have little gap between them. The shelving brackets, and back board/peg board fit to the supports well, though a bit lose. The paint is a mat powder coat, which is much more durable. Comes with a handful of back board hooks for mics. goods. CONs: Price, this product is still a bit on the pricey side. The back board/peg board is very thin and bends easily. Thankfully the paint doesn't chip. To end...This is a well made product and I would buy more if I had more room. So I can say I do recommend this to those who have the extra cash and could use the storage, or are limited in space.

The hardware is solid and everything was included, though installation took a bit of time — not the easiest build, but doable if you’re patient. Once it was set up, it turned out great. I’ve got my PC case and other attachments hanging on the pegboard now, and it’s holding everything without a problem. The shelf feels sturdy and looks awesome in my setup — absolutely doing its job.
