Easyfone Easy
This phone is so easy to set up and easy to use for my elderly husband. The buttons are a good size and the screen is also nice. Recommend this phone for even a kid to get started.

Hard to hear on both end worse with speaker and I'm not a senior.
I bought this for someone who I don't want to have internet and I was testing it to make sure it worked okay before I gave it to them. It didn't matter if you were on speakerphone or on handset you could not hear very well but speaker was worse and the person on the other end couldn't hear either it was a struggle and a strain for both parties. I did use a company that was using T-Mobile towers and it did work for texting and calling in and out but the only thing was the phone did not ring even with all the volumes set up on 9 ringers speakers you name it everything was up on 9. It was very lightweight and not very good quality it was a lot like a toy. That back actually bent in when you took the cover off to put your sim card in or to take it out. It was easy to set up though if you ever had one like it before and younger years you already knew what to do and how to text some things you just don't forget. I sent it back and I'm getting the Jethro model which is what I was going to get originally anyway but I went for this one because it's supposedly uses a smaller thin which Sim which I thought was going to mean it would be newer quality and would work better and I did have 4G reception. The only thing is it takes a while for it to find reception. The GPS did not work well and it says in the instruction manual the GPS will not work well if you are in a building or moving well pretty much that's all of our lives right now. You're either in a building or moving in a car possibly walking. But if you were walking you probably wouldn't have been able to hear because the sounds around you because I was in a quiet room and it was hard to hear. And I am not a senior and the person I bought it for is not a senior. And they couldn't hear either. So seeing it's a phone that doesn't always ring and nobody can hear the other person I would have to say this was an epic fail. Also the only way to get the notifications off for a message was to delete the message. I never did figure out how to get the notification for a call off. And the flashlight was not very good on it either it was like a toy flashlight on a toy phone. It did charge relatively fast though but for a battery that small it's no surprise. Would not recommend. Total bummer as I was counting on this to work for what I needed. On to the next one!

Very Easy To Use.
I really love the lock unlock switch, as well as the torch/flashlight switch, it tells me which No Ive just pressed in a well spoken English womans accent. I do wish that its dinky screen also gave internet, allthough its very thick instruction manual is very well laid out, n may have instructions how to access the internet, Ive yet to read all of the instruction manual, n for a change its legable without me usin a magnifyin glass, n I can also use with one hand n then press't large buttons with my thumb!

No GPS and texting is unreliable.
Got this phone for my daughter who needs communication, but not distraction. The most important functions for me are texting and GPS.Texting is unreliable. It will say sent and never arrive to the recipient, or see a delay up to hours.I have NEVER gotten GPS to work regardless of where I am, so I reached out. Well over a month later I am asked to do the testing I already did (different locations and times). Here's the worst part. After asking me to do something I already said I did in my first inquiry, they replied "We asked our colleagues in the technical department about your mobile phone issue, and they replied that the server is currently under maintenance" WHAT?! The really big selling point of being to locate your loved one is a LIE, I don't know how they are allowed to make these claims. DO NOT get this phone if you want to locate your loved ones.

great phone for price
this phone was bought as a gift for my handicap brother . It had it's draw backs as having to click upper right button to change from speaker to earpiece so to talk on the phone, the recharging dock is wonderful for him to use . using t mobile as his carrier works great for him . Though had to take the info from box it came in so they could get the right sim card . then learning 3 days later that had to hold the red hang up button to restart phone so to send and receive calls , was a learning curve I guess . so far with all this the phone well with it
