It’s solid iron and you are paying about half for (import) freight. This is the original, and you’ll find it on many corners in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and in practically any other Israeli city. Mostly in the orange color. This will not only outlast you, but possibly your next generation. This is the best manual squeezer money can buy. You’ll get 100% of an orange out of it, and that’s (roughly) a third of a glass. It cleans up easily, and fast. The ‘feel’ of the simple machine is professional. It’s heavy and robust and makes everything else in your kitchen look fragile. It stands very tall, so make sure it has space above it.
