Great buy 😁
OMG this has been very helpful for me. So here we go .... I've been high dosing vitamin D since my vitamin D level was at 27 ng and it should be at 80 and it anything under 30 is critically low so I started high dosing vitamin D I didn't make the connection yet until I came across vitamin A what had happened to my skin and my hair since March when I doubled my dose of vitamin D and bought a different brand suggested by my doctor for better absorption I guess when I was taking this vitamin D3 it must have thrown my vitamin A off-balance I started breaking out and what appeared like hormonal acne and perioral dermatitis on my face it it's having a real rough time with it I have trying to get rid of it for three well about 3 months now I have went through an elimination diet I think gummy bears candy gummies were bothering me perhaps I remove those it cleared up a little bit but before this my skin was perfect I had glass skin. I started doing a research about hair loss and acting I'm still trying to get rid of this like acne rash type of thing going on in my face the hair loss I've had since August but it really ramped up in March I had a zero therapy elimination figured out as soon as I started using retinol on my face again after not doing my skin care routine trying to figure out and pinpoint what was going on and taking this vitamin A supplement my skin started clearing up immediately it was an instantaneous change I noticed that my hair shed is about 50% of what it was is still much more than I would like and I'm taking minoxidil for that but that's a whole other story Anyhow and then of course doing my research vitamin A is the same as taking accutane at a certain dose I think 200,000iu daily which can be dangerous and people always talk about vitamin A toxicity but I really never come across it anyhow Finally my skin has made a huge turnaround due to from what I'm sure was caused from the vitamin D in balance due to my body not properly utilizing vitamin D because I didn't have enough item in a due to taking too much vitamin D so just perpetuating a cycle for myself there
