Is this anything like the body shop coconut hair shine

I was gutted when the body shop coconut hair shine was discontinued. This is not a patch on it , however it does do the job of taming my unruly curly hair. It does smell of coconut but the texture is more waxy than the body shop stuff!

Can this be used on a beard?

I am sure this would be fine on a beard. Only use a very small amount. Makes hair look shiny
