The Rowen ice machine is very efficient!
My GA Plumber installed this Rowen ice maker, which replaced a Scotsman. This new ice machine is much better and costs a lot less. I love the touch panel, where you can adjust the ice thickness. It makes a lot of ice quickly!

False advertising
I received this ice maker and the measurements posted were not accurate. When I arranged to return the item, I discovered that the manufacturer will not pay for the return postage. It’s up to me to pay for that.If you expect this product to be what you ordered don’t purchase it or you will have to deal with the hassle of returning it and pay the postage to boot.

Great little machine!
I am an ice eater and was buying 4 twenty pound bags of ice a week so I needed something to help save money. This exceeds my expectations! It’s not too noisy, although my cats aren’t fond of the noise. 😆 I do wish it had a bigger tank because of how much I consume, but considering the price it’s worth it. For someone who chews ice all the time it’s not too hard on the teeth either.

Handy, but cubes are small and very wet that they stick together
Very small cubes only 9 tiny cubes at a time. Cubes wet and stick together. Yes it is convenient but need to ke watching and emptying then breaking them apart once in freezer long ey

Lovely look and works quickly and efficiently
The instructions for use are very simple, easy to use and manage. This is my favorite type of ice and I love how they look and feel! Very smooth and fun to crunch. It's perfect for a small bar or area away from the main kitchen. Nicely made and I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Love love love
Love this! Was sick of ice cube trays taking up a ton of freezer space so I got this. LOVE it. Plug it in every few days and run it til the ice bin in the freezer is full. Quiet and fast. Very happy with this purchase!
