Tolerable for sensitive stomach
After being prescribed a high dose iron supplement that upset my stomach, I found this MegaFood variety to be a comparable alternative with a lower dose of iron and the same vitamins and minerals as the prescribed medication. It does not upset my stomach and seems to be a right fit for my needs.

No bad taste, good results
I feel a difference from when I take them consistently vs when I miss a few days. No odor or bad taste compared to other things I've tired. In a glass bottle which I personally love. I would recommend this product. Iron is best taken on an empty stomach, I have been told numerus times

Easy to take Iron supplement
The MegaFood blood builder Iron supplement is great. Regular iron pills cause me severe stomach problems. These supplements do not. This is important as I have had to take iron regularly for a while now. I have tried several different supplements including the Slow FE without the same comfort when taking. If you need to take supplemental iron these are a must.

MegaFood knows how to do Iron supplementation!
This is the quickest most healthy iron supplement with absolutely NO side effects other than healthy iron levels! I was first given a prescription iron pill that kept me in agony for weeks before I stopped taking it. It didn't raise my iron levels at all in the month that I took it. It really constipated me though and made me miserable! I took Megafood Blood builder for a few weeks and got my iron levels to normal and a little extra without any side effects at all. I am extremely pleased with MegaFood.

Great iron pill
My midwives recommended this with my first pregnancy, and I’ve been using it since. They were a game changer. I’m often low on iron; this helped me feel better. It also helped with bleeding recovery after delivery. The taste is rather unpleasant, but worth it for the benefits.

The iron supplement is good quality, small enough size to wash down without a lot of after taste. The vendor was careful to prevent any possible damage to the glass container.

Great for low iron
These work well with no stomach upset. Ive reordered many times and stand behind these. Work great if you have low iron or ferritin. I am able to be off omeprazole on these.
