Batman Science: The Real-World Science Behind Batman's Gear (Capstone Young Readers)

We ordered a replacement of the original book because the binding was not very good and pages fell out as they were turned. The replacement book we received had the same problem.

I bought this for a 9 year old boy who liked the book, but it is likely best read and discussed by an adult with this age. It's a great book for children who are interested in super heroes and science.

This is actually a really great book but the binding completely fell apart in the first 3 days of use in my classroom.

Great reference book for the young super hero fan who wants to know how all his favorite superheros powers and equipment works. Easy to understand even for the youngest superhero fan.

Gave this to my 9-year-old son for Christmas, and he has really enjoyed reading it. This book is a great deal, because it is a compilation of 4 books: "Batsuits and Capes", "Batarangs and Grapnels", "Batmobiles and Batcycles", and "Batplanes and Batcopters".

Even older kids get a lot from this. I mean 16 year olds.:)

My 7-year-old son's reaction to the book - he loves it and keeps telling us it's awesome! It is full of fascinating information that relates stuff from Batman to actual technology. I enjoy it, my husband enjoys it, and our son keeps spouting out new info from it. It's a well-made book, great for many ages.

The writer makes this book come to life for my kids. Who knew science and engineering skills could be this fun and applicable! This is a MUST HAVE book in your home library! We own all the books this author has written and they are never a disappointment!
