Commercial quality in a space saving design. Brilliantly engineered with high quality construction. The external casing is made of heavy gauge metal and is coated with chip/scratch resistant paint. The dart board is of the highest quality with a very thin spider to reduce bounce-outs. Overall, many unique features and built in options for expansion. For example, there is a reserved port at the bottom of the unit interfaced specifically for a future released laser oche (throw line) that will simply plug in and be powered by the unit itself. The company is fully engaged in the expansion of their current products. Meaning you will not have to buy a new unit to keep up with the current releases. They have already released two new games and some screen updates since my purchase only 1 month ago. Customer service/support is outstanding. They promptly replied to all my questions even though their time zone is 14 hours ahead of me. I mounted a 27” Samsung monitor over the unit with a TV guard acrylic cover over it to protect against stray darts. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a commercial quality dart board without the commercial quality cost and large footprint.

Awesome product. Only complaint is that I wish the power connection could be concealed better. It looks clean on the wall but the power cord hangs off the side and it should have been done better. Fun game though. It’s pretty darn heavy just FYI

I bought this board for my bar and it has been a hit. its easy to install and easy to use. It has a few games that my customers love and the sound is very entertaining. I have not been able to connect the wifi to play against others in different locations. I recommend this product for the quality and price. customer service was quick to respond to my questions.

Love the board

I have ordered two of these. They both had a power on off switch that didn’t work. One of them came with the tough screen in Chinese with no way to charge the language. The quality control on these units is very bad. I got around the bad on off switch my plugging the unit into a remote control surge protector.

The dartboard initially would have deserved a 5 star rating. Then we tried to connect the wifi so we could play online. The system loaded updates and has been stuck for days in a never ending loop. I tried everything I could think of. I have reached out to customer service multiple times over two days and can't get a response. Amazon has attempted to reach them as well with no luck so far. We are having people over for new years eve and this was going to be one of the fun things we had planned, but thanks to horrible customer service, it won't be available it appears. Game itself when working seemed great. But the wifi aspect and then no customer service for this expensive of a dartboard makes my recommendation to look somewhere else for your high end dartboard. Several days after I posted this review I have been getting assistance from Will Darts. They have been doing their best to rectify the situation and I do appreciate that. Thus far we are working through and have resolved most of the issues I had, but are still working on trying to get the online option with this board working. It is a great board for home use, unfortunately the instructions and trouble shooting aspects need to be beefed up and customer support needs to improve, but as I said, they do seem to be working on that.

Well built! Beautiful machine, only problem is mounting. This machine is fairly heavy, around 55 lb. Mounting with anchors in wallboard wasn't going to work for me. I wanted lag screws in studs so that meant having to drill my own mounting holes and positioned it to center on two adjoining studs 16 in. apart.
