The fit is a little tight, but they work beautifully
After years, I FINALLY replaced the filter in my hand vac. These filters came overnight. (gotta love Amazon!) The fit is a little tight, and I had to really push to get the filter to seat properly, but once installed the vacuum works beautifully. I THINK it sucks better than before, but it could be like that illusion where your car seems to go faster right after you wash it... In any case, these a good quality filters and the price is right.

Good Quality Filter
I am pleased with the filters for my Black and Decker Dustbuster hand held vacuum. I have an older model and took a chance that these would fit. They are perfect.

Perfect fit
Perfect replacement filter. Fits as advertised. However, it doesn’t get 5 stars because the filters were not shipped in a box and could have been damaged or destroyed during shipping. The filters were shipped in a soft bag. The product pictures show a box!

HHV1320JR B&D Filter
Perfect fit for the Black & Decker Lithium handheld vacuum, model HHV1320JR. This is a replacement/generic version of B&D Part # VF110 filters. Received quickly and received a follow up email from the vendor to check if everything was satifactory. 5 stars for the filters, 5 stars for the vendor.As a side note, I noticed a 1 star review for this product. I feel that is unwarranted. The plastic ring does have 3 "cut outs", but it in no way affects the suction of the vacuum. The filter seats directly against the motor so the air flow is directly through the filter, not the plastic ring that holds the filter bag.

Get's the job done - some minor annoyances.
Fits well but not as good as the original filters, minus a star because the glue on the cloth filter to the plastic seems not as secure as the B&D one and the filter is smaller. I'll update this review in a few weeks to see how easy it is to clean and how much dust passes through to the motor section.
