I have the curtain type up at the moment, but they tear quite easily.. Thanks!** A: This mylar is very thick and backed with a heavy flexible material on the back, You can punch holes in it and use it as a curtain, but should reinforce the holes as you would any curtain material. If you are using hooks similar to a shower curtain, it would be wise to use grommet in the holes. You could use this mylar for a cafe rod, but again would need to reinforce the holes. This mylar with the backing is heavy and would hang nicely if used as a curtain. If you need panels wider than 4', you could easily sew multiple 4' panels together and even hem it for a nice finish.
