Reasonable quality and good value for money.
For the price, this represents good value. They are not the highest quality, as might be expected, but they do a reasonable job of holding the workpiece in place. My only complaint is that the segments that hold the jaws have some play in them, so the workpiece can wobble which makes finessing cuts awkward and hand sanding a bit inconsistent. But, they will get you started, and should last a fair while.

It's just what I wanted.
As my "first chuck" it does exactly what I wanted, and at a much lower price than other brands. It runs straight, stays tight, and comes with two sets of jaws. And it arrives well packaged too. I'm very happy with it.

Bought as a spare chuck, but replacement jaws from other chucks don't fit.
Bought as a second chuck for my 1" 8 TPI LumberJack lathe Arrived in good time and 100% as described. Solid bit of kit and fits on my Lathe no prob. Thankfully it came with 2 sets of jaws, as my other jaws (from my LumberJack Chuck), do not fit, as the screw holes don't align. Expected the holes to be universal, but clearly not. This also makes me a little hesitant of buying new jaws, as they may not fit this chuck. Seems well made and has done so far, what I needed it to do, but if I buy any more chucks, I may not go 'off piste' with another hence only giving 3 stars

父親から譲り受けた木工旋盤のモーターが壊れていたので、モーターを外付けにして作りかえ中ですが、木材を咥えるチャックがなかったので探していました。３/４インチの主軸に合うアダプター付きであったので、購入しました。 まだ、完成していないので実際には使用していませんが、主軸にピッタリでした。これから楽しみです。

I have only used it a handful of times so far but I love it. It holds the wood extremely well and is easy to work with. I will not use the original chuck any more.
