Compact and a very truthful legitimate portable charger, powerful enough to charge a gaming laptop.
I bought this UGREEN power bank mainly based off the specs of my MSI Raider A18 HX (power gaming laptop) so I’d know it would work for anything weaker — specifically my older school laptop that always dies halfway through a 3-hour cyber security lecture. I have no access to a power strip during class, so I needed something that would at least extend my battery life. My hope was that this power bank would slow down the battery drain. It honestly exceeded my expectations. My Raider normally uses a 330W brick, so I 100% knew no portable power bank was gonna fully power that monster under heavy load — but this thing is actually gaining battery % while I’m using the laptop. I expected to still lose power, just slower. Nope — it’s actually charging while being used, which blew me away. One important thing: if you want this to charge a laptop at high wattage, you NEED a USB-C PD 3.1 cable that is E-marked (5A). The included cable is nice, but for max power to the laptop you need a cable rated for it. I grabbed a 240W VisionSync cable with an LED display so I could literally see the wattage in real time — and it confirmed the UGREEN was pushing ~120–130W into my laptop. The small drop vs 140W is likely just cause I bought the 6ft cable instead of the 4ft (long cables = slightly more power loss). Anyway — this thing is smaller than I expected, looks clean, charges fast, truthful with its advertising for wattage transfer, and honestly feels like a premium device. For reference I bought it on 10/31/2025 on sale for $64.99, and I feel like it easily punches in the $120–$140 category in terms of value. If this thing ever fails, I’ll edit this review, but so far so good — super happy with this purchase. In my first picture, I have it showing rate of wattage going through to my laptop using a cable like I mentioned before. In my second picture, I am demonstrating the input wattage transfer speed- the speed at which the power bank itself is charging. Both were very good and better than what I expected with the length of my cable. I truly believe most power banks lie about the power of their devices, but I am happy to declare that UGREEN is legit.

Doesn't hold charge, haven't even charged anything yet. *updated/part 2 & part 3*
Final Review **UPDATE/EDIT BELOW ORIGINAL REVIEW** Like many others have said, it doesn't hold a charge. Once it arrived I immediately plugged it up to fully charge it. It took a while to charge to 100% (which is understandable because of it's apparent large capacity) Once it hit 100% I just left it unplugged sitting on a shelf and within 3 days (of receiving it and fully charging it) the battery had drained to 51%. I've not even charged anything with it to test capacity. I've bought a few smaller and not name brand battery banks that still work fantastic after heavy usage during hurricane Helene, so I'm pretty disappointed because I wanted to upgrade to something bigger. I'm not going to return it yet as I'd like to give it a second chance but reading the 1 star reviews this seems common. Sad because I was excited about this one. I'll update my review once I verify this thing is a dud on my 2nd chance given, but I'm not holding my breath. **PART 2** It's been almost 2 days since I recharged back to 100%. I used it to briefly charge something, which knocked it down to 96%. I'm cautiously happy to report it is maintaining it's 96% level. I will let it sit over the weekend and leave my final review (part 3) and adjust stars rating accordingly. **PART 3** Instead of updating on Monday I decided to wait until the following Saturday. I'm happy to announce it is still sitting pretty at 96% and hasn't lost a bit of its charge. I'll be adjusting my star rating and add this little guy to my lineup of portable batteries for emergencies.

Powerful, Fast, and Reliable – A Travel Essential!
I’ve been using the UGREEN 25,000mAh 145W Power Bank for a few months now for both work & personnel use. I've been really impressed with it's capacity & it's output, the form factor is also a huge plus! Charging Speed/Output: The 145W output of this power bank is no joke; I was able to charge my work laptop from near 5% to over 50% in around 30 minutes while still in use. My s23 Ultra can go from 20% up 100% in under 10 minutes. The 145W output lets me power my Steam Deck & a portable monitor to play video games in my hotel room. Huge Capacity: The 25,000mAh goes a lot further than you might think. I can charge my phone multiple times over, my Steam Deck 3-4 times or my laptop to a full charge 2 times on a single charge. Great for long days out, travel, or long periods of gaming. Compact Design & Build Quality: Despite the power, it’s surprisingly compact. Not small enough to fit into your pocket comfortably, but easily able to fit into a pocket in a backpack/bag. The digital display is a nice to know exactly how much battery is left. The build quality it great too. Compatibility: I’ve used it with my work laptop, smart phone, and my Steam Deck. No issues at all. Real-World Use: I've taken this power bank on over 5 week long business trips where I was working remotely & had multi-hour layovers in airports. It kept my laptop, phone, & Steam Deck charged the whole time during travel. No need to hunt for outlets! Grabbed while on discount, but would've paid full price. Totally worth the investment.

perfect product - and one of the only power banks that isn't a scam!
First thing to know - most of the power banks for sale on Amazon exaggerate their capacity. In most cases they are actually half or less. This UGreen power bank actually has the claimed capacity (I tested). The only other brand I know of that has the actual advertised capacity is Anker. *Do not* buy from the various brands that have seemingly randomly generated names like "FLIPTREK" or whatever. If this power bank seems pricey, it's because *that's what it should actually cost* and if you see a "bargain", well, that's a scam. Same thing with USB thumb drives and many other types of products. But I digress. This UGreen power bank is *just right*: 1) charge other things while charging 2) the perfect ports: two USBC and one USBA for older stuff 3) extremely high power output and input: 145W output and charging Because this is *truly* a 25000mAh charger, it can recharge my (aging) MacBook Pro 3x over. It can also do it *while I'm using the laptop*. With other power banks that don't have 100+ watt output, the laptop basically slowly loses charge even with the power bank charging it - it just loses charge more slowly than if there were no power bank connected. Similarly, if you have an Oculus Quest or other wireless headset, you can stick this power bank in your jeans pocket, run a cord under your shirt, and basically play indefinitely: this power bank can recharge the Quest 3 more than 10x times). The high power output also implies high power input, that is, fast charging. Despite the massive capacity, this UGreen power bank recharges in just over an hour in my experience. Two key tips: 1) there's a standard called USBC-PD (PD is for "Power Delivery") that your devices need to conform to in order to maximize power input. To maximize how fast this power bank recharges from an AC wall socket, make sure you use a wall charger that can output power comparable to what this power bank can handle, like this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09Q61T39G/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 .. which is also a great replacement for the "power brick" that came with your MacBook. This product can recharge your laptop just as fast as the stock "power brick" while also charging or powering other things. 2) switch all your cables to USBC-to-USBC , and use tiny adapters like these to snap onto your USBC cables to connect to USB micro, or Apple Lightning, or whatever. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B094FZFPRC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This way you can go all USBC now, and you can still connect to anything - the adapters just dangle off of your USBC cables.

Dies after 3 charge cycles.
Not great. Worked wonderfully for about 3 weeks, it was my favorite charger. After about 3 recharges, it started acting funny and not charging devices without plugging and unplugging them, and sometimes it wouldn't charge. After the third time, it got stuck with a flashing '27' when I tried to charge it (leaving it for days with no change). I tried different outlets, power blocks, cords, plugging it into the wall, PCs, etc - one day it just charged again. After that charge, the next time it went to 0 and will NOT charge again. Plugging it in just causes a flashing '0'. I've tried cleaning the connections, 6 different usb cords (some usb-A, some usb-B, and some usb-c). I've plugged into every outlet in my house, and at a house i was visiting. I've tried multiple PCs, different ports on the PC, resetting it by holding the button, letting it die completely, etc. When plugged into the usb-c on my laptop, eventually the power pack display turns off for a second, then comes back on - and my laptop display and additional monitor turn off and on again like it's surging power. This is not a good product and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Powerful and Reliable, but a Bit on the Heavy Side
This is one of the most capable power banks I’ve used—it charges laptops, phones, and even my Steam Deck with ease. The 145W output and three-port setup make it incredibly versatile, and I’ve never had performance issues. That said, it is definitely on the bulky and heavy side. I travel frequently and keep this in my carry-on backpack, and the extra weight is noticeable after a while. Still, the trade-off is worth it if you need serious charging power on the go. I just wish it was a little more travel-friendly in terms of size.

Good quality, great capacity, I’d buy again!
This product is great! It’s capable of charging my camera, laptop, & iphone! It’s super easy to use, plug and play, it doesn’t over heat like my old portable batteries! It’s increadibly high quality and feels super durable! For $65, it’s a great value for money! (Update about battery usage, a 0-100 charge on an Iphone 15 takes up 20~% of the chargers health, while being able to also charge a camera for an entire video shoot!)
