These are awesome! My son pees through the diapers Medicaid will pay for because he needs excites padding in the front and I didn’t know these existed! They keep him from peeing through his diaper with his first void! They are very big and cover the hole diaper pad which is awesome! I wish they were cheaper or you got more in the bag but they are comparable to most other brands and prices

Very nice can use with diaper I think just diapers because pads have an under liner this doesn’t. You can wear underwear a pad and this on top just carefully take off it usually leaves the pad usable. Got it on sale got 2. Very helpful.

We were having problems with my mother-in-law exceeding the absorbency of the nighttime Depend, resulting in lots of laundry. We used these pads inside the night Depends, and they work really well. Since she suffers from Alzheimer’s, she is becoming more incontinent and these provide additional absorbency. We use them in concert with extra waterproof pads on top of sheets and it has reduced the amount of laundry we do.

These are pretty effective and comfortable.But.....they are very unstable when used to capacity.They have a tendency to spooge the absorbent media out the back end at the main seam.Not every time I have used them have I experienced this but it was about 50/50.Really sloppy, slippery, and floppy when you have to pull one out, if you go that route.

Pads stay where you put them. Very comfortable. Will order more.

I ordered these to use with my Because adult underwear I have found it to be important to make sure these sides fit Into the elastic on the on the underwear to make sure There is no leakage. They give me peace of mind. They don't feel to bulky. The adhesive strength is just enough. I used a different brand Of pad in the because underwear and it did not work as well as buying the same brand To fit better. I am always Seated or in a wheelchair.

The product works well but I wanted a booster type to put in a diaper overnight. It works but it has a seal on the backside which then overflows over the top or sides and slips out of the diaper because the booster is wider than the diaper and diaper stays dry. 😂 I wished it had a booster so it emptied absorb and over flow to the diaper. Not instead of diaper. This works too well. Wished they made some that had no seal on the backside so the diaper would then be backup and one would stay completely dry overnight.

Definitely give me more confidence in situations where I am not near relief for extended periods. Easy to use. Comfortable.
