Cools faster than normal mugs
I like my coffee warm, not hot. I bought this mug to cool it down faster than a ceramic mug or styrofoam cup. It works great! Only downside is the handle gets hot if held for too long after pouring a fresh cup.

Dented
The item was dented and the enamel was chipping when I opened the package. The box was fine so I think the item must have been shipped like that which is a little disappointing.
