Feels just like the adderall I used to take in college. I get the dopamine boost and all the motivation feelings I get from coffee but NO crash and NO jitters which blew my mind! Okay, I LOVE this product (peach is my favorite) and find it very effective. I'm loyal to the brand and I recommend it to everyone. HOWEVER, every single order I have received from Amazon has been damaged, most frequently leading to leakage and some unusable cans. The damage is also not stationed during shipping, as the exterior box is fine, so this is not a postal issue. With the user-unfriendly Amazon customer service system, the only way for compensation or address of the issue is to return the product, which I do not usually do since by this time I need the cans on-hand (and Amazon ships this product slowly). The subscription service is also unreliable and has cancelled on me multiple times. I highly recommend the actual Update product itself, but do yourself a favor and exclusively order a subscription direct from Update. They ship fast, they have great customer service, and the product is effective.
