Good quality, great value for money
I saw what a few earlier reviewers reported, so I was a bit wary. However the parts were perfectly sturdy and nothing split or broke. I was careful to follow the instructions, which are clear and easy to follow. It fits very well. The tallest rung takes my bath towel with only a slight overhang on the sides, other 2 lower rungs take 2 large hand towels easily.Very pleased with build quality, sturdiness and is exactly what I hoped for

Not the most robust piece of furniture in the house but does exactly what was wanted
My wife wanted something to hang clothes over if she intented to wear them again before putting them in the laundry. I thought this towel rail looked a bit flimsy, but she picked it out, so I ordered it for her and she is pleased with now she has it.It was delivered promptly, took me no more 20 minutes to put together, and while it's not something you'd use as a makeshift ladder, it's nice and stable. It does what she wanted it for very well, but is clearly going to be competent for it's intended use as a towel rail too.

Terrible quality
DO NOT BUY. IT COLLAPSES UNDER THE WEIGHT OF ONE TOWEL. STRUGGLING TO RETURN. STAYED IN ALL DAY AND THEY SAID THEY MISSED US??? Does not take the weight of a towel not strong enough. Waste of money.

Looks good but be wary of splinters!
The product itself is fine and looks good. It wasn’t too difficult to put together either. One major issue with this product (which unfortunately is why I cannot give it more than 3 stars) is that any time I use a towel that has been held on this rack I end up with a splinter. I’m not sure if this is the case for all of these or if I have a faulty product but the finishing/sanding appears to have been done poorly around the edges leaving small shards of wood that stick to towels. Please be aware of this before ordering!

Natural look
It doesn’t look bad in the bedrooms and it’s perfect for putting lightweight items on. It isn’t very sturdy and can be easily knocked over. I have not tried loading it with a lot of clothes.

Good basic product
It is cute and minimal and useful. Unfortunately it arrived with a screw missing so had to use an alternative and is not as sturdy without the correct one. Screws have to be tighted regularly
