Omg. I love this things. I haven't been able to do a sit up alone because you need something to hold your feet right? Not with this thing. It's a little awkward at first, but once you find the right position, well it REALLY works. My abs have been crying under my fat all morning. I only did about 4 sets of 20. But man oh man. It works! I used it for arm and legs as well and it's just an excellent product. Very versatile. The seat is a bit small on the length end, but it makes for an amazing workout overall.

I received my Smart Wonder Core from amazon today and I did a little of all the exercises in the picture except for scissor kicks. I did enough of each exercise to feel a little burn in my muscles. Later in the day, I took a nap and never slept like this in a long time. In conclusion, the machine is made of thick metal, and the adjustable spring provides enough tension for an easy work out. I give it 5 stars.

Wanted to give this 5 stars, no setup, super easy to use, but I’m so sad it started squeaking after the first 10 min of using it. It’d be perfect if I couldn’t hear it. Is there a pro tip out there to make that stop without messing up the machine? Sounds like to spring but hard to see/find.

Easy to use and doesn’t hurt you bad. The handles are padded and well supported love the product.

The item is relatively resistant. The design was an overall good as the pricing was reasonable. Storage for the item is fair. Once the item is put together, it stands taller than desired. Overall, the workouts are okay as the resistance is for Beginners.
