Well designed, well made in solid wood, comfortable to sit on (with a cushion; I use it as my 'office' chair, am sat on it as I write...) and the ladder function is excellent, easy to put into position and return. I have many high storage cupboards, so use it frequently in ladder mode. The extending safety bar gives a great feeling of security.
