The water is clean and taste good! Ever since I have not cooked my food or had drinks with any other water but this. I have used it daily since I purchased it. Some days 2 times. Although you always do need to give it few hours to cool down before using again on a row so that I've been doing. The fan or the cooler in it is not cooling the water anymore. so I do get quite very warm water now when its finished. but it is not a problem for me at all. I keep some previous waters in a jar so they are cooler if I need to drink. Im planning to buy another one soon just in case if this one do die one day that I have a backup ready to go. Absolutely highly recommend to anyone. My mind has not been any clearer. Before this distiller I've been drinking a bottled water and it really messed my head (at that time didn't realise it was the bottled water until I stopped drinking it) so that is gone now.
