The light worked and wasn't broken on arrival, had to wait for it to arrive as it came a day late. The light adds a ambience to my living room and also lights up my snakes vivarium. overall good product maybe a little over priced.

Arrived promptly, well packaged and one happy beardy!! Hope this lasts as well as my usual tubes but so far so good, thumbs up.

Very poor show. The tube like another one I purchased from a different supplier arrived smashed to pieces. The massive outer box showed no damage, but the bubble-wrapped tube was broken inside it. I didn't even bother taking it out of the bubblewrap as I could hear the pieces rattling inside. I have no idea how the tube was broken without the box being damaged, but whatever.Okay, I understand that these are fragile items and that accidents happen, but what I wasn't happy about was when I went to return it, (I had to pay) the post office told me that it would be nearly £12 to send it back because of the size of the box. I'm not exaggerating, this box was about 4 feet square. They told me that sending it via Parcelforce was the only option. Amazon had offered to pay £4.84 towards shipping. This is not acceptable as Amazon insist on items being returned in their original packaging. Luckily, I have been able to do a deal with my work's carrier, so I've still lost money, but not quite as much.I'm even further out of pocket because I have had to accept that buying these items online just doesn't work. I have had to scour what feels like every pet shop within a 25 mile radius and physically drive there in order to secure the correct tube for my bearded dragon who had been with reduced UVB light for over a week.

It was very good. Reasonable price and arrived fast and in one piece very well wrappped up and secure totally pleased with it
