I decided to try Real Science Nutrition's Gou-Tex Gout Relief with some uncertainty. After a few weeks, I experienced some changes, but I couldn't be certain if it was the supplement or other factors. The product aimed to reduce pain, stiffness, and discomfort, and I did notice some improvements. However, I remained unsure about its long-term effectiveness. I consulted my doctor before considering extended use. Knowing it's made in the USA also gave me confidence in its quality. If you're considering it, keep in mind that individual results may vary.

This supplement is easy to take and doesn't have any noticeable taste or smells. I take one in the morning and one at night. If nothing else, it is a good source of several vitamins.

Gout isn't fun. I'm hoping this specifically formulated supplement helps avoid the discomfort of an onset. The capsules are easy to swallow and pretty much tasteless. Frankly, I'll be happy if I never have to put them to a test…but I'm also glad to have something which just might make a difference.

The capsules are fairly small and easy to swallow. They do not have a noticeable smell or taste. The recommended dose is 2 capsules a day so this bottle is a 30-day supply. The bottle is a little pricey, but well worth it to help avoid gout flare-ups.

I have gout flares and since getting this, I haven't had one. So, it's hard to give a true and accurate review, but Amazon says I have to. Once I actually need to use it, I'll edit this post with a review reflecting it's benefits.

I have been taking this supplement twice a day, morning and night. The capsules are easy to take and are slightly smaller capsules. I didn't notice any taste with them either. Personally, I suffer from gout and do get attacks rather frequently. Since starting this about 2 weeks ago, I did get one attack, and it was rather painful. I continued to take this while taking my normal medication to counter the attacks. I don't really know if it really helped much in terms of reducing pain. I couldn't imaging just taking this without medication if I got a gout attack. It may work for some that have less severe issues with gout, but I would say that it didn't have any significant improvement in my case. I still do take this supplement on a daily basis because I'll try anything for gout relief.
