Great little printer. It's cute, prints well and is very portable. The only downside is Bluetooth sometimes has a lot of trouble connecting to my phone, which doesn't happen with other devices. I've followed the troubleshooting instructions on the manufacturer's website and I usually have to restart my phone and the B21 printer to get them to connect. They eventually connect, but it's kinda annoying.

It’s simple to use. I love the vintage look of the printer too. Definitely worth buying.

Easy to use

the label maker's functionality was not up to par. The print quality of the labels was inconsistent, with some labels coming out blurry or faded and again The bluetooth connectivity was unreliable. The label maker frequently disconnected from my device, causing interruptions in my labeling tasks and necessitating repeated reconnection attempts.

Set up was easy and straight forward. App was easy to download and is loaded with editing options to print about anything on a 2" label. You can save your templates to access and print at a different time or not save them and do a one time print. The ink doesn't smear and the print is clear. The printer automatically sets the label to print in the correct position and ready to tear off once printed and ready for the next one. It has a bright red plastic case but is sturdy and solid. I will be using this little printer for my Christmas cards this year to make my address labels.

I like this beautiful label printer! It's so small and cute and I love the color of it. It's easy to install the APP to get the instructions from the QR code, and very easy to start up. The designer is very powerful too, with many options to make different kinds of labels, for barcode, clothing, or labels for my kitchen stuff. A small roll of labels come with it. Overall I really like this and will be helpful with my organizing for both work and house!

This is literally like pocket size. The retro design if really cool looking, the color is bright and the gloss adds to its attraction. The app you can get through the instructions QR code and it will direct you. The app is easy enough to start up. Connecting the device via bluetooth took a hot minute because you hold the power button down to pair it, but you also hold it down to shut it off. So I kept struggling shutting it off but I didnt realize it was recognizing it already, I just needed to choose the device. Once that was done, you come to a designer that is actually more powerful than expected. Lots of little options to make different kinds of labels whether barcode, clothing, or direction labels. Nice set of icons to choose from and you can add text. Its little, so sometimes it can get crowded and hard to do things on the phone. But it works. A small roll of labels come with it. I had misread the size of the labels as I bought extras, however, they are too big. So I need to look for the correct size. Overall I really like this and will be helpful with my work.
