I purchased this product mostly for the energy issue I have. I have to say that from the first day on, I noticed a significant increase in my energy and it lasts all day. I take it first thing in the morning to help wake me up. A full dose with the dropper under my tongue, let us sit for about 30 seconds and then swallow. It keeps me energized and focused throughout the day. It does have a sweet taste to it but it’s not bad at all without an aftertaste. I will be continuing on with taking this.
