I fact the sound bar arrived several days before the promised date. Unpacking and coonection to my TV went smoothly. Because I am not knowledgeable in how electronic devices work, I had some trouble understanding the setup process. The JBL Support representative walked me through the process very carefully and with admirable patience. I cannot comnend JBL highly enough for their support. Now that the speaker is set up properly I am enjoying the full spectrum of sound from the television and other devices as well. The JBL sound bar replaced a surround sound system with a tuner snd multiple speakers that was damaged by a lightening strike. The sound quality is equal to, or even better than that sound system. As I watched the movie Braveheart again, the sound of battle and especially of the thunder charging horses transported made the battles of Stirling Bridge and Falkirk come to life.
