I don't know how people are rating this high
Doesn't dissolve ATALL in my coffee, and smells and tastes exactly like cardboard? Do I have a bad batch or something? Not worth the money atall as it's not fit for purpose and unusable

Tastes like oat milk
Oat milk is my favorite of the plant milks. I have been making it from oats for a while, it's quite easy but takes some time. Then I found this handy powdered oat milk. It's tasty - slightly sweet but still fairly neutral in flavor, so it's also suitable for cooking. I use a stick blender to mix it, and there are no clumps or gritty texture. It seems to keep well for a few days in the refrigerator. I'll keep buying it.

It foams!!
Iโm constantly trying to find a non dairy milk without the gums and other additives. But also an affordable option! It isnโt easy. This powder is dairy free, no additives no gums or any other ingredient except oat powder. It is a little too sweet for my taste but only because oatmeal naturally has a high sugar content. Wish I could find a reasonably priced almond powder because it is not sweet and it also foams nicely. Simply Almond is great but hard to find. It sells for $9 for 12 ounces locally at a coop near me which is fairly high priced considering it takes 3 tbsp per cup water. $15 is exorbitant. Hopefully the food science labs will figure out how to make these kinds of things for much less despite high supply and demand.

Sludge
Wow... I usually don't leave bad reviews but this oat powder is TERRIBLE (tho I've never tried other oat powder, so I have nothing to compare it to). I put the oat powder in my hot coffee, and I expected it to just dissolve and melt and disappear.... But instead, it literally turned into SLUDGE!!!! Like grainy PEANUT BUTTER consistency... Chunks EVERYWHERE.... I tried making my coffee hotter thinking that that would help it dissolve but the chunks wouldnt melt/dissolve. I then started taking a spoon to the chunks and tried to smash the clumps/chunks of peanut-butter-like sludge... I spent over 10 minutes trying to smash all the pieces... But in the end it was so bad that I had to THROW AWAY my entire coffee ๐คข๐คฎ it was inedible... Not only did it not dissolve and turned into chunks, but the taste was DISGUSTING! ๐คข๐คฎ I use oatmilk (not powder) every single day-- I'm a barista โ and I love the taste of oat milk. But this... This was terrible.. I couldn't drink it ๐คข๐คฎ I will be throwing the entire bag away ๐ญ I hate wasting things, but this is not edible...

Not bad for oat milk
I'm looking for an alternative to sweeteners in tea so I tried this. First I tried it with coffee added directly as powder, a tiny shake at a time, and it was lumpy but slowly blended after smashing the lumps. Tasted slightly grainy. Takes a long time to get it mixed. If you mix a few tablespoons of this with boiling water and shake the sh-- out of it in a jar it will become smooth oat milk. I put that in tea and it worked fine. Tastes and smells like oats and not especially sweet but you lose the taste of the tea itself. Probably not the best sweetener alternative but a good milk replacement if mixed ahead of time and you like oats.
