I got the premium version of this chair. This chair is very sturdy. Was a little difficult to put together, but manageable.This chair is pretty comfortable at first but the cushion feels a little cheap. The biggest issue for me is that the back of the chair doesn't come up far enough. I have to lean back too far in order to have a backrest which puts my muscles in an uncomfortable position.I have tried to adjust it multiple times, but the back is just so far back it doesn't allow me to sit up straight. Hopefully this issue can be fixed or I will have to return. I'm not a fan of the metal bar in the center of it either. When I wear my crop tops it is cold and just generally uncomfortable in any clothing, not sure why they would put that there. Seems like a bad design to not at least cover it with some cloth or something.I am 30 and weigh 180lbs and 5'5 with a shorter torso and longer legs. I wouldn't say this is a "big and tall" chair. I am a relatively mid-sized person and the seat barely contains me. My lower back now really hurts after using this chair for the first time for about 5 hours. Have sharp pinching nerve pain that I didn't have before using the chair.The cover is also ugly compared to the original cushion. It is difficult to put on and it slides off too easily.Overall unsatisfied with purchase so far unless the back rest can be fixed. It is such a hassle to have to disassemble and return something like this so I'm hoping it can be modified to be more comfortable for me.

This is the third chair that I have tried the first one did not seem like it would last that long with the back mounted to the cushion board with four small screws, the second one had a hole in the back was damaged pre shipping to me I sent both back and ordered this one so far its a keeper seems well made, nice looking chair very versatile I use it for playing the guitar it's pretty comfortable the warranty is not that great only one year it says 3 year but that's only for certain part but hopefully I want need the warranty

The gas shock on this chair sinks over the course of the day. After a while it will be as much as 3 or more inches lower. I would never buy this chair again.

This high back ergonomic office chair is really comfortable for long business days at the office. Being at a desk all day is not good at all for your health let alone your back. This chair makes my life easier and less painful in so many ways. The quality is very high and such a great color no flaws what so ever I love it so much definitely worth the money.
