This is a high quality product - we bought 6 bowls, we already had four but wanted more. They are substantial in weight, and beautiful. One came with a minor scratch/crack. I communicated directly with the seller, indicating that there was no need to return all six, just to exchange the one. The response was immediate, the bowl replaced in a very timely manner, the process was without any difficulty or unease.

Perfect Bowls. This Average Sized Bowl is Nice For Many Situations. High Quality. Beautiful Design. We use for soups, random snacks, salads, cereals, and when you need a medium size bowl. It's not the small bowl designs or the large bowl designs...it's right in the middle. Study, arrived without issues, and lovely designs. Mixing them with set of white dishes to make things more exciting and lovely. Highly recommend.

I can't review these beautiful dishes as they arrived broken and shards from the open box were all over my counter. They were returned.

The bowls are great for cereal, side dishes, even small serving bowls... The product is excellent. I was disappointed in the delivery.... the bowls were shipped in a cardboard box more suitable for a department store rack rather than a shipping container. They were bubble wrapped in a sheet of wrap and put in a soft sided amazon plastic shipping sleeve. One bowl was broken, I had bought a bowl at TJMaxx for less money and didn't bother with a return of a shattered bowl... great product, but the vendor needs to pay attention to the appropriate shipping of china...

The bowls are wonderful but the packing has a lot to be desired. There was thin brown paper between the bowls, which were then put in a thin box wrapped with thin bubble wrap. This was all put in an envelope! Needless to say, the bottom bowl didn’t make it!

Arrived quickly. Well wrapped for shipment. These are well made. I just added to my collection which I have had for over 20 years!!! The bowls are beautiful and the perfect size for soup, ice cream, fruit salad. They look so elegant on the table.

Lovely oatmeal/cereal /soup bowls. My order arrived way before the estimated delivery date and there were no breakages. The bowls were made in England and not in China. Super happy!

I enjoy these dishes very much both for the pattern, shape, and quality. Also, the order was handled swiftly and I enjoyed that very much as well. Good job! They are used for ice-cream, cereal and small servings of most anything we enjoy eating.

Just received these. With my next order I will ask more questions. I expected the ‘assorted designs’ that were shown in the picture but not one of the plates is a design from that selection. They are really lovely and I will keep them but they don’t match my existing patterns.
