Works perfectly. I have this mounted in my exterior garage.

Google nest cameras, with battery only really don’t last that long on battery power alone. I found myself dismounting the camera every couple of weeks and recharging it. This little gem gave me continuous power and ease of installation was a breeze. It even comes with wire clips for wooden surfaces. The USB power brick is a little larger than I would like but still worked fine in a covered outdoor outlet. One thing I wish is that it came in multiple lengths such as 10 15, 20,25 and 30 feet. This didn’t really make a difference in my purchase and it’s working fine as I coiled and hidden the extra wire. I’m happy that it’s UV resistant but only time will tell if that’s actually true. I would definitely buy this product again. Important note: this is only to be used for the wireless battery powered Google Nest camera and no others.

I was sceptical about buying these becasue of some reviews but they have been working perectly for the past two months

This doesn't work on my Google Nest Outdoor camera. It's hooked up, has power and the camera recognizes it's there. HOWEVER - it doesn't provide enough power to actually charge the camera. I thought I had a "bad camera" and returned it - but this cord is killing the new one too. It's too long or not thick enough or so cheaply built that it just doesn't flow enough. I tried replacing with a stronger power block - to no avail. I'm going to try someone else's 20 ft cord (the minimum I can do without installing a new plug in difficult spot) to see if that wire length reduction can provide more power to the camera. Several others seem to have this same problem. I think a 30ft cord is dicey for these cameras. I have NO problem with my others that run on shorter cords. This was useless for me.

The power cord was extremely too short therefore I had to spend an additional 40.00 for an exterior pier cord.

So Happy with this purchase of the Google Nest Cam cord. We wanted to be able to keep the Video up longer than a minute, so we got this. Its been amazing. It works perfect. We don't have to keep refreshing the Google outside cam continuously instead it stays on till we turn it off. This way I can monitor our yard with no interference. This is the nest cams you attached to your house or rooms. Not the doorbell kind. As those are hard-wired in to your door bell. We have one that monitors our driveway and the other is in the side yard attached to our shed. That one does not have the cord so we have to open it all the time. If you like to monitor your place without interruption in video you will love this.

Exactly as advertised. Works very well with our camera without having to take it down to charge.

The result of the poor design or manufacture of this expensive product is that it is not capable of keeping the Nest Cam battery charged - be very careful to make sure it works before you install and be ready to return it.
