Watch comes with RC turned off. First set location to city of choice e.g. LON. From normal clock mode, press bottom right button. Hold down top left button until receiving indicator and current auto receive setting (on or off) starts to flash. Press bottom right button to toggle auto receive to ON or OFF. Press top left button to exit the setting mode. From manual pages E24 and E25. Hope this helps.

Watch has to be on auto to change when you're change,hope too left til display shows lo n and then press bottom left once,now you can adjust setting by pressing bottom right and you see off,on and auto with different press of button.once on auto press top left once to come out of settings.then hold bottom right til rc appears then leave it til the right time is displayed

What is the longest length of stainless steel strap you can get?

I'm not sure exactly my wrist is 7'1,4 inches I removed 2 or 3 links so I'm assuming 8 inches max but this is an educated guess.
