Skim Milk, Shelf Stable Milk, Low Fat with Vitamin A & D, 32 oz (6 Pack)

I buy this because I go in spurts drinking milk. So when I am in need for a glass of milk I will chill one of these 32-oz cartons of Skim Milk & have at it. I use this on my cereal & occationally warm it up to drink. This IS REAL MILK, for all intended purposes. The only difference is that it does not need refrigerated because the manufacturer found a way to make it last outside the refrigerator & not spoil because of the UHT process. (Ultra-high temperature processing, ultra-heat treatment, or ultra-pasteurization is a food processing technology that sterilizes liquid food by heating it above 140 °C – the temperature required to kill bacterial endospores – for 2 to 5 seconds.) I have not been able to find shelf-stable SKIM (non-fat) milk at grocery stores that has had the UHT processing done. I sure hope Amazon keeps carrying this excellent product! Cheers!

So much better than grocery brands which spoil quickly! They run out fast so I order 2.

I'm probably behind the times but I didn't know "shelf life" milk was a thing. I enjoy some skim mike from time to time but even the small quart size went bad before I finished it. These came in a pack of 6. At 32 oz about half the size of the usual milk container and I can put one in the refrigerator at a time while the others wait in the wings. I ordered on at Tuesday and paid for shipping since I don't have prime. I was told it would get there by Friday but it came on Wednesday....Great!! Oh and yes the flavor is just like regular skim milk. I highly recommend this product. Enjoy!

I buy ultra pasteurized shelf stable milk all the time. I drank this milk many times and it was not rotten or bad. But it definitely had a quality issue and it was very chunky, even right when it was first opened. I am still unsure of why.

I buy this my mom....she uses milk daily, but can't get to the store easily, so having these around in the cupboard is a lifesaver A bit pricey compared to fresh milk, but we'd end up throwing out fresh milk because she doesn't use it quickly enough

I live in a house where everyone wants different types of milk. My 94 year old father loves this skim milk & now he has converted me over to drinking it. I find the shelf stable variety helps me cut down on trips to the store & unbelievably tastes so good. I have tried canned milk, powdered milk, soy milk, almond milk, oat milk but this one is great for drinking, on cereal, & baking. Dad was right!

I never run out of milk now I have this on a subscription. I can keep the 6 pack in my pantry and never run out. I find this very convenient both as a stored item with a longer shelf life than fresh refridgerated milk and I can not taste any difference. Having this delivered to my door makes it very easy and I no longer have to carry heavy gallon cartons. The packs, once opened also take up less room in the fridge.

It tastes like milk, which it is. No powdery aftertaste like powdered milk with a good long shelf life. I like to keep it around with my emergency supplies, but I also use it when I haven't gotten to the store for fresh milk. As a matter of fact, I used some today with cold cereal.
