**Q: Is this product FSA eligible?**
A: FSA funds can be used for a variety of expenses and the EVENup should be covered, but it is best to contact your plan administrator to confirm coverage.

**Q: I wear either a womens 8.5 or 9 depending on the shoe so what size should I get?**
A: I wear a 6 to 6 1/2 and ordered a 6 1/2 and it was perfect. Before I got this product the boot for the other foot was throwing my spine and hip out of joint. Once I got this product it was easy to walk balanced.

**Q: Has anyone had any experience waering it into a pool attached to a water shoe? I would like to exercise in my pool and this would really help.**
A: They recommend attaching leveler to a gym-type shoe.

**Q: What size should I get for women's shoe size 9-9.5? Chart shows medium but this is equivalent to 7.5-8 in men, and chart shows that would be a small.**
A: I just reviewed the product description for a size medium before answering your question; and it clearly states that it would fit a woman’s 9-11.  I wear a size 9.5-10 shoe, and the medium is perfect!  I have been grateful to find this product as it has made all the difference in the world for being able to steadily walk (& balanced!) while wearing my boot during my tendon’s healing! This product is very helpful for the people who are using the the Vacoped boot. It helps to level the height preventing knee and foot pain on your good leg. Only issue is the size is a little smaller, i should have ordered a large instead of a medium to fit the shoes.
