Will the rat wither after eating?

I’m not quite sure what you mean? They die but they need to eat a lot to achieve that. These ones begin to crumble in wet weather though mine are protected from that, they still began to crumble. We’re pretty sure one died recently due to the smell as it decayed. Ours are outside living between two extensions, can’t get to them. Another I found as the dogs were trying to get to it.

It is bromadiolone 0.0025% w/w and denatonium benzoate 0.001% w/w

I have gone through a bagful and still the little devil returns. what have I done wrong?

If you know you've only 1 rat, and it's being eaten, then I don't know. I had an infestation outside - I saw them taking this and gradually I saw less and less rats until the blocks weren't being taken any more. Took about 4 or 5 weeks and went through more than the 5 packs of this as had to re-order, but it worked in the end.

How fast does it kill?

That's impossible give a definitive answer as it depends on so many factors. They will eat the bait then wander off back to their nest. They tend to die away from the bait station unless they have made their home say in your loft. You will be able to smell them if this happens. They may make several visits to the station or if there is a large family of them then other members may call. You have to keep baiting until you notice a decline in the bait being eaten. You also need slug pellets around the bait station to kill off the slugs and snails who are not affected by the poison.

Good product

Effective product . Living opposite open fields I get rats moving into my or neighbours gardens 2/3 times a year . A combination of traps in boxes in the rear garden and this in boxes in the front garden eliminates the pests fairly quickly . Rats seem to love it

THEY WORK

These are excellent l live rural and.l had rat,s ( l saw them)coming onto my property under the fence between me and my next door neighbour whose septic tank was not covered properly. l lmmediately bought 12 rat bait boxes and spread them around my large garden. l checked them every week at first and replenished used up bait( l put 5 blocks in each box secured with metal rods so that the rats cannot drag them out. As time went on less bait was being taken. YOU MUST give time for these to work as they dont kill the rats straight away, they are a poison but unless you own rat catching terrier dogs we have to use this bait. You MUST use secure bait boxes as they are very harmful to pets
