Very good read
An interesting and enjoyable read. Reads more like a novel than a history book. Interesting insights into Walt Disney’s considerable skills, talents and abilities. Documented his leadership style, as well as his management behavior. Offers insights into those that supported him, as well as those that doubted him. Defines frequent and significant challenges he overcame to achieve his vision. Helped me understand what it would have been like to work for him, and with him. Nicely establishes the vital contributions Roy Disney made to the Disney empire.

A gift to read!
Page turner written with heart & soul. Thomas tells all and truly appreciate Disney’s determination to fulfill his lifelong dream of a very simple objective: to make people happy! While he would say his mission was not complete; after reading this book, I can confirm he did. R. I. P. forever, Mr. Walter Elias Disney.

An Inspirational and Honest Biography of My Creative Hero!
I have just finished listening to the audio version of this book for the second time. It is the most thorough and juicy fact-filled biography of the creative genius, Walt Disney! After listening twice I decided I needed the physical book, so that I can go in and highlight favorite parts, and also see the photos included. As an illustrator myself, and a lifelong fan of everything Disney, it's just GOLD for me! I highly recommend, especially to fellow creatives!
