Wenn das Poster direkt vor meiner Nase am Küchen Schrank klebt, mach ich die Übungen auch😊. Mir hilft es sehr, besser, als vom Handy. Morgens vor der Arbeit oder auch mal in der Pause im Home Office. Ich kann es empfehlen.
