After delivery I used this watch it was awesome product. The design and colors of watch are very good . quality of the material is also good. The functions running on watch are working properly like fitness tracker, heart beat, sleep track, running track this all are working good that means all sensor are working very well. The belt of watch is soft so that i feel like there are nothing on my wrist . The battery backup is good. Bluetooth calling and all notification are display and work very well. Overall it is best product from ptron at best price in market.

So this is a gimmick.While riding bike it's count steps.Smartwatch Fonts are very small.First I ordered I faced some issues I think it's fault in my piece.Then I replaced it with another piece.Now the replaced piece is working fine but sometimes it's automatically reset.Overall features are good but software experience is worst.If you buying only for watch faces so please don't but it's waste of money.

Good watch

I ordered this watch keeping my expectations low given the price. But to my surprise, it easily exceeded all my expectations. First of all, it looks really premium. The strap is super comfortable, weight of the watch is a little on the higher side, but not very heavy. All the functions work perfectly. Pairs with the app within 1-2 seconds. All the monitoring is done through the app and keeps track of BP, SPO2, heart rate automatically. Any picture can be set as the wallpaper through the app. Vibration/ringtone at the time of incoming call is decent enough. Call quality is also very good. Can't expect speaker to be very loud, but it does the job in relatively silent surroundings. Microphone is really good, overall calling experience is satisfactory. I charged it to full the day it arrived, and have used it for 3 days non-stop with around 20% drop in the battery, so it is safe to assume the battery will last minimum for a week.To describe it in a few words, I say it’s an amazing smartwatch with every possible feature available in a very affordable price.

It's bulky & strap quality is bad & application is totally mismatch....Better to buy 10X it has da-app, slim & good look, value for money.

This product is unreliable. It stopped working after a few months, and even after replacing it, it failed again in the 14th month. The service centers listed on the website refuse to repair the watch once the warranty period is over. So, if you encounter any issues after the first year, you'll have to discard it. It's better to spend a little more on a higher-quality product with a good service network.
